How do I change my payment details

If you want/need to change your payment details there are two ways you can do this

When topping up online:

This is the best way to change your details, remember if you top-up early you wont lose out as all top-ups will extend your top-up date from the current top-up date.

Go to the top-ups page and click the buy button for the amount you wish to top-up.
You will be asked to choose an existing payment method or use 'change payment method' to enter new details
Click on 'change payment method'
Enter your new payment details and pay for your top-up
Future top-ups will default to the payment you have just used

Without topping up:

Log into your account
Go to 'account info'
In the section headed 'Top-ups/credits' you will find an option to change your payment details
Click on the blue 'Change' button to go to your payment details
click on the 'Click on 'change payment method' link
Enter your new payment details
In order to fully verify your new payment method, we need to make a £1 transaction/charge which will be added to your phone as a £1 top-up. This does not count towards the minimum top-up requirement in a 120 day period.
Future top-ups will default to the payment you have just used
