It's easy to keep your number when switching to 1pMobile!

  1. Call your current provider (see below)
  2. Ask them for a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC)
  3. Log into your 1pMobile account and enter your PAC
  4. Choose the day you would like the transfer to take place (two working days notice required)

Please be aware that on the day that the transfer takes place, you may be unable to use your phone for a period of up to two hours.
