It's easy to keep your number when switching to 1pMobile

  1. Text PAC to 65075 with your current provider's SIM in your phone, or;
  2. You can call your current provider (see below) and ask them for a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC)
  3. Order your 1pMobile SIM
  4. When your 1pMobile SIM arrives, log into your account and activate your SIM
  5. You will be asked if you want to keep your number, and prompted to enter your PAC
  6. Choose the day you would like the transfer to take place (two working days notice required)

Please be aware that on the day that the transfer takes place, you may be unable to use your phone for a period of up to two hours.

You can transfer a number to us at any time after receiving your SIM from us. Please make sure you do not cancel your contract with your current provider as it is not possible to transfer a disconnected number.

Obtaining a Porting Authorisation Code (PAC) from your current mobile provider

The easiest way to get your PAC from your current provider is to text PAC to 65075 with their SIM in your phone.

Don't want to keep your number when switching to 1pMobile

If you do not wish to keep your number when you switch to 1pMobile and automatically cancel your services with your current provider.

  1. Text STAC to 75075 with your current provider's SIM in your phone, or;
  2. You can call your current provider (see below) and ask them for a Service Termination Authorisation Code (STAC)
  3. When your 1pMobile SIM arrives, log into your account and activate your SIM
  4. You will be asked if you want to cancel your service with your current provider,and prompted to enter your STAC
  5. Choose the day you would like the cancellation to take place (two working days notice required)
