Information for Talkmobile PAYG customers
We have received many enquiries from current Talkmobile customers who are interested in switching to 1pMobile, as Talkmobile's Pay As You Go service is closing down and will be unavailable from 31 August 2017.
Therefore, we have produced this page to provide Talkmobile customers with information they may need before making the switch.
All requests for porting your number from TalkMobile have to be with us by 4.30pm on the 31th August 2017. If you have not already ordered a SIM card then please do so NOW. Once we have processed the order you will be able to login to your 1pMobile account, activate the SIM and provide your PAC details.
Alternatively, if you are not worried about keeping your TalkMobile number and you would like to move to 1pMobile, we will provide you with a new number.

Check the coverage where you are
Talkmobile use the Vodafone network, we are proud to use the EE network, which has the best coverage and fastest 5G, as well as providing a 4G and 2G service too. Coverage may vary on different networks in different areas, so we would recommend you check the coverage in areas of interest to you.

How do I move to 1pMobile?
You can not transfer your credit, so you should use up your Talkmobile credit.
The only things you need to do are:
- make sure your phone is not locked to the Vodafone network, if it is you need to contact Talkmobile on 5888 to get it unlocked.
- order your 1pMobile SIM, which should be with you within a couple of days.
