Information for Tello customers

We have received many enquiries from current Tello customers who are interested in switching to 1pMobile, as Tello UK is closing down and will be unavailable from 31 January 2018.

Therefore, we have produced this page to provide Tello customers with information they may need before making the switch.

Want to keep your Tello mobile number?

If you wish to keep your Tello mobile number you will need to contact them for a PAC so you can transfer (port) your number to us. All requests for porting your number from Tello have to be with us by 4.30pm on the 29th January 2018. If you have not already ordered a SIM card then please do so NOW. Once we have processed the order you will be able to login to your 1pMobile account, activate the SIM and provide your PAC details.

Alternatively, if you are not worried about keeping your Tello number and you would like to move to 1pMobile, we will provide you with a new number.

Check the coverage where you are

Tello use the Three network, we are proud to use the EE network, which has the best coverage and fastest 5G, as well as providing a 4G and 2G service too. Coverage may vary on different networks in different areas, so we would recommend you check the coverage in areas of interest to you.

How do I move to 1pMobile?

If you have a pay-as-you-go tariff with Tello, you can't transfer your credit, so you should use up your Tello credit.

The only things you need to do are:

  1. Make sure your phone is not locked to the Three network. If your phone is locked you will need to contact Tello on 32100 or 0203 514 7110 to get it unlocked.
  2. Order your 1pMobile SIM, which should be with you within a couple of days.
