Information for Three PAYG customers
From the 12th July 2022, Three will be increasing their PAYG rates. You can find details here (Link to Three website).
- Calls: Increasing from 10p a minute to 35p a minute.
- Texts: Increasing from 10p a message to 15p a message.
- Data: Increasing from 5p a MB to 10p a MB.
Some customers do not wish to be impacted by these changes and have expressed a wish to move to 1pMobile, so we have produced this page to provide Three PAYG customers with information they may need before making the switch.
How good is 1pMobile's coverage?
Three mobile and 1pMobile use different mobile networks. Please check that the coverage in your area before ordering your 1pMobile SIM. You can check the coverage on our Coverage checker.
Want to keep your Three mobile number?
If you wish to keep your Three mobile number you will need to contact them for a PAC so you can transfer (port) your number to us. You can do this by texting the word PAC to 65075 or calling them on 333 from your Three mobile or 0333 338 1001 from any other phone.
Requests to port your number must be made at least one full working day before the date you want to move your number.
All requests for porting your number from Three have to be with us by 4:30pm on Friday 8th July 2022 if you wish to port before the price changes.
If you have not already ordered a SIM card then please do so NOW. Once we have processed the order you will be able to login to your 1pMobile account, activate the SIM and provide your PAC details.

Alternatively, if you are not worried about keeping your Three mobile number and you would like to move to 1pMobile, we will provide you with a new number.
